Running Clinic
Running accounts for over 1.5 million injuries annually, according to the American Sports Data. Through the course of their running careers, 50 to 70% of runners are likely to sustain at least one running related injury.
The Running Clinic combines a number of biomechanical assessment elements to identify and describe the abnormal motions and postures which predispose the runner to overuse injury.
These assessment components include:
- Video Gait and Running Analysis
- Biomechanical Evaluation
- Orthotic Evaluation
- Footwear Assessment
The SOAR Physical Therapy Running Clinic gives you a better understanding of the mechanical factors at play when you run and helps to focus your injury prevention and/or treatment strategies.
